📅 When do the live sessions happen?

Monthly sessions are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm EST. Sessions are 45 minutes: 30-minute workshop + 15-minute Q&A. Can't make it live? Sessions are recorded and available to members for 7 days.

💬 What topics do we cover in sessions?

Each month focuses on seasonal wellness: hormone support strategies, menopause navigation, stress management, nutrition for different life phases, and community Q&A. You can also submit topic requests!

📦 When will my teas ship?
